Soak in the sights of the ever so popular tour in style! Along our route you'll get the best possible view of the continental plates of Europe and North America drifting apart at the UNESCO world heritage site, Þingvellir National Park. We fly past desolate black sands, lunar landscapes, the volcano Skjaldbreidur, the geothermal wonders of Geysir, the spectacular waterfall of Gullfoss and Hengill geothermal area. Then we crown this exceptional Golden Circle trip with a landing on the second biggest glacier in Iceland, Langjökull glacier! You'll get a chance to walk on an ancient glacier, throw a snowball and get a photo of yourself on top of the world!

What could make this even more memorable? How about hopping on a snowmobile for an exhilarating one-hour tour across the endless white snowfields of Langjökull glacier area! We’ve teamed up with Mountaineers of Iceland to bring you this once in a lifetime combo tour. To add, as you make your way back to Reykjavík in a super jeep, you’ll get to see the same parts of the Golden Circle as before...only this time you’ll experience it from the ground. Truly an all encompassing day!

Note:hotel pickup is not included in the price, you must make your way to Reykjavík Domestic Airport at least 30 minutes before tour departure.

"This was an amazing way to see many of the sights of Iceland that you won't be able to access just by renting a car. The staff were very friendly and the pilot was very knowledgeable of the area and history of the culture which made it quite interesting." -Trip Advisor

What to bring

We recommend that you wear good shoes, warm jacket, a hat and gloves. It does cold not get cold inside the helicopter (similar to sitting in a car) but it can get cold and windy on Icelandic mountain tops.
